Insights from the Felicitis Community
Hello Felicitis Community.
I’m Jordan White. I am a certified self-leadership coach, a podcast host, and a facilitator. My commitment is to be the best listener I can be.
Recently, I have been listening closely to the complex experience of manhood. Some conversations happen directly in coaching sessions, mentorship, or small group circles. Others quietly emerge through the words of partners, friends, and loved ones who want to support the men in their lives but often don’t know how.
The Silent Struggles of Men
What I’ve come to understand is this:
A lot of men are holding more than they’re letting on. Even more aren’t sure how or where to talk about it.
Men may not use terms like emotional agency or internal sovereignty, but they feel the weight of being stuck in patterns they didn’t choose. They often feel silenced by pressure or disconnected from their own needs.
They know what it feels like to carry around uncertainty:
“Is this all there is?”
“Is there more to me than this version I’m performing?”
“What does the role of being a man in today’s world even mean?”
When Felicitis invited me to contribute to their community, I felt an immediate alignment. Their work is rooted in the idea that healing can be both personal and collective. No matter your circumstances, you deserve access to tools and spaces that support your well-being.
Why This Survey?
I’ve recently started an effort to gather insights directly from Gen Z and millennial men. This is not about pathologizing, diagnosing, or fixing anyone. It’s about listening, learning, and elevating the emotional, mental, and spiritual complexities that men navigate every day, often quietly and without much acknowledgment.
The survey is anonymous and open to anyone who identifies as male and is between 18 and 44 years old. It explores topics such as emotional health, identity, masculinity, relationships, fulfillment, and related themes.
It also opens a door.
This project is the foundation for something bigger: a value-aligned community where men can come together. Here, they won’t posture, compete, or perform. Instead, they will grow, heal, and thrive in an uncertain world.
We don’t need louder men. We need clearer, more integrated ones.
The Importance of Emotional Agency
At Felicitis, there’s a shared belief that everyone deserves the agency to shape their inner world. This belief resonates deeply with my work in Valuegenic Self-Leadership. This mindset and practice help people rewire their thinking. It enables them to make clearer, value-driven decisions, lead themselves with integrity, and reconnect with what matters.
What I’ve consistently observed is this: when men have the tools, encouragement, safety, and support to lead from within, they respond more consciously. This is true not only for themselves but also for their partners, children, workplaces, and communities.
This initiative is about giving them the space to reconnect with who they’ve always been. They can do this beneath the noise of misguidance, societal pressures, and the complex era we are navigating.
How You Can Help
If you fit the demographic, I’d be honored if you could take 7–8 minutes to complete the survey. If you care about a man (or several) in your life, please share it with them.
You don’t need to sign up for anything or prove anything. This is simply a space to be honest and a first step toward something we’re building with care.

You’ll also have the option to leave your email if you’d like to stay connected as the next phase of this project unfolds.
Conclusion
Thank you for being here. Thank you for being curious. Thanks for helping reimagine what’s possible for men.
Peace & Love,
