1.2 You agree that by accessing the Site and/or purchasing our products, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately.

By accessing or using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements. 4. Product Descriptions and Availability
4.1 The Company endeavors to ensure that all product descriptions and other content on the Site are accurate. However, we do not warrant that such descriptions or other content are error-free, complete, or current. All descriptions and availability of listed products (Elate, Flow, Boost, Synergy, Solace, Vibe, Full Spectrum Sampler, Choose Your Own 4 Pack) are subject to change without notice at our sole discretion.
5. Pricing and Payment Terms
5.1 All prices posted on the Site are listed in USD, and are subject to change without notice. The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue products without prior notice.
5.2 Payment for products must be made through the payment methods available on the Site. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site.
6. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
6.1 The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including, but not limited to, product unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent transactions.
6.2 You will receive an order acknowledgment email after placing your order, which serves as confirmation of receipt but does not signify acceptance of your order.
6.3 You will receive an order fulfillment email after your order is fulfilled and a shipping label has been created. Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be fulfilled once placed.
7. Shipping and Delivery
7.1 All orders are subject to product availability. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. The Company shall not be liable for any shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
7.2 Risk of loss and title for products purchased from the Company pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.
8. Returns and Refunds
8.1 No refunds or returns are offered. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may contact customer service at contact@felicitis.com within 14 days from the date of delivery to seek support and receive store credit for an additional purchase.

9. Subscription Services
9.1 If you enroll in a subscription, you agree to automatic billing at the frequency indicated (monthly for X months) at the time of subscription. You may NOT cancel your subscription under any circumstances once it has been purchased. Each monthly subscription will require monthly shipments and monthly shipping and handling costs for order fulfillment in addition to base price subscription costs. Shipments may be deferred and rescheduled for up to 3 months maximum.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company, its affiliates, or their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, or suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site or the purchase of any products.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
11.1 The Site, the products, and all related content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement.
