Wayne J. M. Karim

Witnessing the tragic effects of alcoholism and substance abuse on his biological father, and the challenges of his two younger brothers diagnosed with severe autism, Wayne was inspired to study medicinal chemistry in order to explore how molecular and biological technologies could be leveraged to transcend cognitive and behavioral boundaries, deepen connection, and foster understanding.
His battle through chemotherapy and a bone marrow transplant following diagnosis with very Severe Aplastic Anemia (vSAA), as well as fighting felony drug charges for his work as a psychedelic chemist, are foundational to his motivation to offer legal, accessible and effective wellness products that support mood, vitality and cognition without limitation by medical, legislative, or economic barriers.

My focus extends beyond leadership to self-leadership: fostering A-Game thinking so that better thinking results in a better life.
